This might be a long one, who knows. I am still trying to get adjusted to the old keyboard, so if you see a "z" where a "y" should be, then I forgot to change it around. Sorry.

Well, my year in Austria has come to an end. It finished once that plane flew out of there tuesday morning. This past 10 and a half months had its ups and downs, I am glad to say, way more ups then downs. I got to see 6 different countries, visit many people and make a lot of new and long time friends. Got to learn the ups and downs of new culutres. Learnt how to adapt to a whole new situation, in a short period of time. All in all, this past year was one that I will never forget. The good and some of the bad times will always be there in my mind. I wont forget those nice, warm smiles that my friends would give me. Those wonderful sit downs with my host family.

I must say, that in the end of this year, while I look back on it, that I knew the ending was coming, but I didnt want it to. Sure, I miss my family and friends here, but I just adjusted so well that I just wanted to make the time there longer.

If I could do it again, I would. Start all over again, from the beginning. Thanks to this modern world, its easy for me to keep in touch with everyone I knew there.

In the end, this was the experience of a lifetime, and everyone should take advantage of a chance to do something like this.
